This kit includes coating antibody, detection antibody, standards and streptavidin-HRP reagents. Need to order buffers and solution seperately. Need to coat the plate by yourself. One kit is good for 10 96-well plates.

Protocol Overview

Coat the plate overnight and wash briefly. Then add in sample and detection antibody and wash. Add in Streptavidin-HRP and wash. Add in substrate solution and finally stop solution.

Tips

May increase the coating antibody concentration if necessary.

This kit works well and is very convenient for use. The standard curve range is from 12.5 to 800 ng/ml.
