The objective of this experiment was to separate human CD45 expressing cells from mouse cells.

Mouse splenocytes
Mono nuclear cells isolated from the splenocytes of humanized mouse were stained with anti-human CD45 antibody. These CD45 stained cells were sorted on BD FACS Aria machine based on CD45 expression.
Knowledege of flow cytometry required
Purity of sorted cells were more than 99% which confirm the advantage of this machine.
Can be used for sorting up to 6 different color stained cells.
