I amplified GAPDH as a loading control for 293T cells using NEB's one tag RT-PCR kit. It works pretty well for mRNA analysis.

All the ingredients provided in the kit were mixed together with GAPDH primers and cDNA of 293T cells. PCR amplification was carried out using Bio-Rad's PCR.
Minimize pipetting errors by using different tips for each pipetting.
This kit is highly efficient and gives clean results. only specifc bands were obtained with no background.
