I used Bio-Rad's cDNA synthesis kit for Reverse-transcriptase PCR reaction. I prepared 20 microlitres of cDNA for each sample and then amplified it using GAPDH primers. All the cDNAs prepared are of optimum quality and this kit works for all my RT-PCR and qPCR assays.

I used 1 microgram of total RNA for each sample and prepared 20 microlitres of cDNA. 1 microlitres of cDNA was used to further amplify GAPDH.
