This CD62L antibody is included in a flow cytometry panel in order to identify L-Selectin expression on human PBMCs. Because multiple receptors needed to be stained, we used the BV421 conjugation of this antibody.

Summary

The Good

Quick, reliable staining, good fluorescence

The Bad

BV421 conjugate rather expensive, same clone available with different conjugations

The Bottom Line

Easy to use, reliable, quick staining, no fixation etc. required. Because of BV421 conjugation it is rather expensive, but for multiple staining it is very useful
