This is a simple yet effective magnetic stand that has been used in conjunction with magnetic beads for immunoprecipitations.

Place IP samples with magnetic beads into the holes in the stand and allow a minute for the magnetic beads to become attracted to the magnet. Aspirate off the supernatent and further process the magnetic beads.
Give a minute for the beads to attract to the magnet.
This has been used to isolate magnetic beads from multiple IP samples. The magnet attracts the beads all the time and makes IPs easier and quicker.
8 samples, easy to use, small
Easy to use
2 ml tubes can be used but they are hard to remove.
This is great for magnetic bead IPs.
