We study changes in gene expression using qPCR. Our primers are from IDT DNA because they have a clean website interface, useful tools for primer design, good customer service, and a presence on our campus. They also offer an oligo payment card for flexible and streamlined spending.

I first used IDT DNA because they worked with the molecular resource center at my institution. Now I still use IDT DNA because their website and tools are easy to use and their OligoCard has its advantages.
