The aim of the study was to test the role of growth factor on Jagged 2 expression in a mammalian cell line. Cells were treated with growth factor, protein was extracted and immunoblotted with jagged 2 antibody. Abcam antibody was selected because its flyer claims very good immunodetection of jagged 2.

This Abcam antibody gave very bad detection of jagged 2 in our mammalian cell line. There were a lot of non-specific bands detected. The specific band of jagged 2 was very faint and unclear.
