I use this antibody to characterize human Treg cells based on CD4+CD25+ CD127low FOXP3 criteria. I also use this antibody to measure increased FOXP3 cells in CD4 population upon our stimuli.

This stain worked moderately well for me. I use FITC channel for this and it requires compensation when used with PE stain. Usually, I use other CD4, CD25 and CD127 stains for primary gating and use this FOXP3 stain as a final gate.
