I used this polymerase to amplify a 4.5kb assembly PCR product for cloning. Earlier, we had issues with other Taq polymerases. After using this polymerase I started getting consistent results with high fidelity.

Assembling PCR for larger fragments is a tricky task. This polymerase has high efficiency and fidelity as well. Reaction buffer is a 5X buffer. Keep this in mind before setting up reactions.
Extension time and annealing temperature should be optimized by gradient PCR.
I used this polymerase to amplify 4.5kb assembly PCR product for cloning. I got a nice amplification with good intensity of of band. 2 reactions were good enough for a cloning experiment.
