This product was used to check the gene expression changes in glioblastoma cells in differential treatment conditions. The product is easy to use and less time consuming in synthesis of cDNA from mRNA.

Prepare Master mix-1 (Anchored oligo dT-1uL, dNTP-2uL) Master mix-2(5x d-DNA synthesis buffer-4uL, RT enhancer-1uL, Verso enzyme mix-1uL) add 3uL of master mix-1+ 1ug of RNA made in 11uL of MolB water and run the programme (stage-1 70c for 5min, stage-2 4c), then add master mix-2(6uL) and run the programme(stage-1 45c for 45min, stage2-92c for 2min then stage3-4c)
Keep the RNA and kit reagents in ice. Ensure the purity and integrity of RNA used in the reaction.
The gene of interest (GAPDH, beta actin etc) amplification is done using RT-PCR and the amplified product is confirmed with agarose gel.
