Use this protease inhibitor cocktail when making protein lysates for western blotting. Easy to dissolve tablets make it easy to make the cocktail solution and stability allows it to be use on more than a single day. Works well to inhibit proteolysis of proteins.

Dissolve tablet in water at desired stock concentration. Add solution to lysis buffer and then lyse cells.
Make sure tablet is completely dissolved before using the solution
Protein samples made with the inhibitor show strong bands indicating minimal degradation of proteins.
