We had previously used other Rhot1 antibodies to determine the levels of Rhot1 in human and mouse lungs. We were not able to get clear bands for the target protein. We found Novusbio's Ab for Rhot1 to be effective for determining the level of Rhot1 in different human lung tissues from smokers and nonsmokers.
