I use this buffer when running a native sample gel i.e. non-denaturing. Sample buffer comes in 2X stock that you just dilute 1:1 with sample and then run.

Add Native Sample Buffer 1:1 with protein sample and then load onto a gel and run.
Mix sample well with the buffer
Bands come out tight when run on a gel.
Easy to use
This is a good buffer for running native protein samples
