This product is used to mount fluorescent specimens onto slides to reduce signal loss. It is a ready to use product with no dilutions or manipulations needed. Fluorescent samples retain their signal still after many months and no detectable diffusion of fluorescent probes.
Immunofluorescent Imaging

Place specimen on mounting slide. Add Fluoro-Gel to the slide and then add a cover slip. Remove excess Fluoro-Gel and bubbles and then let dry. Once dry take images and/or store in slide box in refrigerator.
Get bubbles out before it hardens
Fluorescent samples show good signal months after being mounted.
