This spray is a cleaning solution that prevents and eliminates mycoplasma from lab surfaces. Most of our cell lines were contaminated with Mycoplasma, which goes un-noticed unless tested using PCR based methods. We use this product to disinfect our lab space and TC hoods. Ever since, we haven't observed myocplasma contamination in our cultures.
Disinfection
Any surface
Spray the entire surface area, leave it for 5-10 seconds and then wipe it with clean towel.
Use 70% ethanol to clean any precipitates that may have formed
Our cultures have been free from Mycoplasma for several months now.
