This kit is intended for purification of CD4 T cells from cell suspensions. Although it works on the principle of negative selection, it merely enriches the population instead of actually purifying it. My experience has given me lower levels of purity and I would only use it for enrichment followed by more stringent purification.

Follow the kit protocol and separate your populations using the magnet.
Longer incubation times might help with purity, but this did not work every time that i did it.
The resulting population was enriched in CD4 T cells, but overall purity was between 60-80% as measured by Flow cytometry.

A good kit if you have to pre-enrich CD4 T cells for downstream applications.
