My experiments aim to detect the morphological changes of thymus epithelial cells (TEC) in my mutant mice. I use BioLegend’s anti-Keratin 5 to identify medullary TECs in the thymus. I tested several keratin5 antibodies and this antibody gave me very good signal and specificity.
