For this product, follow the normal protocol for Western blot and IHC staining , 1:1000 dilution for Western blot, 1:200 dilution for IHC staining.

Paraffin block slides and protein lysis
1:1000 dilution for Western blot, 4 degrees overnight 1:200 for IHC staining, 4 degrees overnight
5% BSA for Western blot, 5% goat serum for 45 minutes or super block buffer for 10 minutes for IHC staining
1:10000 dilution for Western at room temperature, 1hour; for IHC staining, 1:500 dilution for 30 minutes at room temperature
