We adoptively transfer TCR transgenic cells into recipient mice. The TCR transgenic cells are specific for B-gal, and should contain the VB7 TCR chain. We used this antibody to confirm that all the T cells being analyzed do contain the VB7 TCR.

This antibody gives clear, strong staining with a clear delineation between positive and negative staining. In the sample image provided, the Thy1.1+ cells are transgenic and should all contain the VB7 TCR chain, whereas the Thy1.1 negative cells are from a wild-type B6 mouse.
