I am studying splenic B-cell development and tolerance mechanisms. The goals of my experiment were to phenotype spleens from various genotypes. CD25 PECy7 flow cytometric stain gives good separation at 1:200 final concentration. This antibody was tested on bone marrow and splenocytes.
