Our longstanding goal is to understand the role of proteins in cancer progression. Here we detect the expression of ASPN protein in osteosarcoma cell lines and understand the localization of the protein. From the results it is evident that the cells do express this protein and is cytoplasmic in nature. This is a good antibody to detect the expression of ASPN in cancer cells using immunofluoroscence.
