This antibody was used in a study of chemotactic agent effects on Orai1 expression in a mammalian cell line. I checked the study state levels of Orai1 at different time course treatments. The antibody works very well for Western blot analysis as well as co-immunoprecipitation.

The blot was developed using ECL reagent and a band corresponding to its molecular weight was obtained. However, at higher exposure we can see a non-specific band.
