I started using Genewiz in 2005, when the company was new. I immediately felt that my feedback was taken into account to improve the service. They have wonderful customer service and they will try their special protocol for difficult templates in one of your samples for free if the quality is low. This special protocol is "magic". Now that I work in Canada I am opening an account with them because I miss the quality of their results and of their software that is able to give an excellent sequence read which saves a lot of time. In addition, I got access to sequences I sent more than 5 years ago from a plasmid that I lost the info for, all thanks to their customer service.
