This antibody was used to perform immunofluorescence microscopy on HeLa cells. A transfected FLAG-epitope tagged NUP62 was used a positive control for the nuclear pore complex. The anti-NUP98 antibody showed strong immune-reactivity that overlapped with the epitope tagged NUP62. This antibody is a good choice for multicolor immunofluorescence microscopy.

This antibody worked well for confocal microscopy of the nuclear pore complex. The staining was robust and specific. This antibody provides an excellent option for a NUP98 antibody produced in rabbit.
