This product was used to check the protein (transcription factors pCREB etc) expression changes in neuronal activity. This product generates high signal in a lower span of time.
For developing Western blots
Neurobalstoma cells (N2A cells) protein lysate
Mix Sol A and Sol B in 40:1 and add it onto a blot, take the signal with the help of chem doc instrument.
The exposure time in chem doc should be standardised as per the type of protein expression levels in the cells and the amount of protein loaded
The pCREB levels are changing in neurotrophic activity (N2A cells) compared to control.

Solution A and Solution B need to be mixed before using, unlike other companies products which are supplied as a single reagent
