Our current project is all about identification of affected proteins and their levels upon specific treatment of mammalian (HeLa) cells. The antibody works perfectly fine and shows a band of the desired molecular weight.

There appears a faint band around 42 kDa, but you can ignore this as the desired band is there.

The good thing is that the bands are clean, sharp, and single.
The bad part is you should not get confused with the faint ~42 kDa band
