I have used this kit several times, and it is really simple and straight forward. The only thing that is not simple is the instruction manual, it's complicated and hard to figure out what you need to do. But once you decipher the manual it's a really simple procedure. Results were published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunololgy: Oncostatin M promotes mucosal epithelial barrier dysfunction, and its expression is increased in patients with eosinophilic mucosal disease., Pothoven KL, Norton JE, Hulse KE, Suh LA, Carter RG, Rocci E, Harris KE, Shintani-Smith S, Conley DB, Chandra RK, Liu MC, Kato A, Gonsalves N, Grammer LC 3rd, Peters AT, Kern RC, Bryce PJ, Tan BK, Schleimer RP., J Allergy Clin Immunol. 2015 Apr 1. pii: S0091-6749(15)00188-8. doi: 10.1016/j.jaci.2015.01.043.
