We analyze sample of crude Arabidopsis thaliana (mouse-ear cress) protein extract from seedlings or later developmental stages according to their protein content. This Resistance to Pseudomonas Syringae 1 Interacting Protein 4 (RIN4) antibody recognizes the peptide epitope from Arabidopsis; it works for in vitro translated protein but not for plant extracts.
