Our lab's longstanding goal is to understand the mis-translocation of cancer specific proteins. In this study we are evaluating different colon cancer cell lines for their protein expression. Here we utilized GAPDH as a loading control. Using this antibody, we saw very specific bands of expected 37 kDa. There was no other background and therefore is one of the best choices for loading control.
