I use this antibody to detect the levels of STAT3 phosphorylated at tyrosine 705 to see the affects different signaling pathway inhibitors have on STAT3 signaling. I like this antibody because it gives a single band with low background. In addition, it works at the advertised dilution without need for optimization.
