I use this electrophoresis chamber when running DNA agarose gels. I like this chamber because it is compact so it does not take up a lot of space and fits a small DNA gel well. It is also easy to use; just plug it into a power source and it works.

Place agarose gel in chamber. Add TAE buffer and load DNA samples. Put the lid on and turn on power source. Let it run.
Make sure to place the gel in the correct orientation
The gels run well and after many gels the electrophoresis chamber is in great shape.
