I use this loading dye when I am running DNA samples on agarose gels. I like this product because it gives multiple bands to help me know where different size DNA is in the gel at any one time and from when I can tell with the DNA ladder, the bands run true.
Loading DNA samples
None
Mix DNA with 1/6th volume promega loading dye adjusting volume with water. Load sample onto agarose gel and run gel.
Mix well
The DNA samples do not come out of the well and the three dye make tracking DNA migration simple.
Easy to use
This is a good loading dye.
