Product Name:

GenElute™ HP Endotoxin-Free Plasmid Maxiprep Kit

Catalog Number:

NA0410

The GenElute HP Endotoxin-Free Plasmid Maxiprep Kit could be used to extract plasmid in maxi in a short amount of time, it just takes about 30-40 minutes to finish the same-day extraction, and you don’t need to do traditional operations, such as DNA precipitation with phenol/chloroform for a long time. This kit is used for isolating endotoxin-free plasmid DNA from recombinant E. coli cultures. The plasmid could be used for animal experiments, and is also usually used to  transfect with endotoxin-sensitive cells. The kit uses a vacuum format with a filter column for the rapid clearing of the bacterial lysate and a silica column for capturing plasmid DNA.  The total product is about 2mg from 200ml media culture. The product ratio is high enough and the plasmid quality is good enough for our experiments' requirements. The kit is convenient and the price is not too expensive.
