I was looking at RAF1 expression in iPSCs to study RAF1 function in human iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes. I used this product to detect endogenous RAF1 expression in human stem cells by Western Blot.

I obtained a sharp band at the expected size (around 74 kDa). This band is absent in the RAF1 KO cells demonstrating the specificity of the antibody.
