The aim of this experiment was to identify the percentage of CD3 positive T cells in the spleen of control and experimental groups.  For this purpose, single cell suspensions were isolated from Balb/C mouse splenocytes and were stained with V540 conjugated anti-mouse CD3 antibody from BD Biosciences. The result shows a clear CD3+ and CD3- populations which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
