The aim of my research is to study lymph node cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD138 Antibody from BD Biosciences specifically because CD138 is expressed in plasma cells and can be found in lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate plasma cell subsets.
