The aim of my research is to study lymph node cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected F4/80 Antibody from BioLegend specifically because F4/80 is expressed in macrophages and can be found in lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate macrophage subsets.
