This product was used to induce neuroblastoma (N2A cell line) differentiation and check the differential gene and protein expression in neural cell proliferation and differentiation. NGF is reported to induce neural differentiation.

Cells were plated at 400000 cells/60mm dish, after 24h the cells were changed to serum-free medium with 100ng/ml of NGF, after 24h the cells showed the phenotype differentiation (neurite extensions).
Store the stock in -20 C then aliquot and use, as the product is not stable at room temperature.
N2A cells were differentiated in serum-deprived medium with 100ng/ml NGF
