Human PBMC reconstituted NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice), were sacrificed and single cell suspensions from the spleen were used for flow cytometry. This antibody was used for detecting human CD4 expression on human CD45 and CD3 expressing cells. The result showed a clear CD3+/CD4+ and CD3+/CD4- population which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
