We were trying to amplify a large insert without background that would not yield non specific bands. MyFi worked out great since it did exactly that!

MyFi™ DNA Polymerase is great! In fact results were better than with Taq polymerases. We tried loading different initial DNA, temperatures, and times to anneal or time to denature. This polymerase worked well for every condition thrown at it.
