The main purpose of our work is to identify new functional roles of candidate genes in the cellular network. In order to understand their functional roles, we downregulate the candidate genes in different cell lines and verify it with Western Blot by using specific antibodies. We used this antibody to detect the Syntaxin 12 protein in our whole cell lysates by performing Western-Blot.
