My research was to look at Granzyme B production in natural killer cells. Granzyme B is induced upon 1L-15 stimulation in NK cells after 48 hours. This is a very quick and simple sandwich ELISA and comes with a pre-coated plate for human Granzyme B.

Supernatant from NK stimulated cells was used to detect Granzyme B
NK cells were stimulated with IL-15 for 48 hours to induced Granzyme B. Supernatant was collected and added to pre-coated anti-human Granzyme B microwell plate provided from the kit, followed by a biotin-conjugated anti-human Granzyme B antibody. Streptavidin-HRP is added and a substrate solution is used and absorbance is read at 450nm.
