Dim fluorochrome but highly expressed marker

The aim of my research is to study lymph node cells in cancer. In my experiment, I tested if a cytokine associated with tumor promotion alters cell counts. We selected CD8a Antibody from Biolegend specifically because CD8a is expressed in T cells and can be found in lymph nodes. Using this product I was able to differentiate T cell subsets.
