NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice) reconstitute with human PBMCs were sacrificed and single cell suspensions prepared from spleen were used for flow cytometric analysis. The cells were stained with human CD45 and CD8 antibody. The staining looks good with two separate populations of CD8 positive and negative cells.
