Single cell suspensions prepared from the spleen of human PBMC reconstituted mice was used for flow cytometric analysis. I have used this antibody to separate human CD4 positive T cells from the spleen of these humanized mice. The cells were stained with human CD45 and CD4 antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry. The staining looks pretty good with two separate populations of CD4+ and CD4- cells.
