NOD-scid IL2rγcnull mice (NSG mice) reconstituted with human PBMCs were sacrificed and single cell suspensions prepared from spleen was used for flow cytometric analysis. I have used this antibody to separate the human C45+ cells. The staining looks good with two separate populations of CD45 positive and negative cells.
