I use this compound to inhibit JAK/STAT signaling in my cells. This compound effectively inhibits IL-13 activation of the JAK/STAT pathway, although optimization was necessary to find an effective concentration in my case. Cayman chemical also is the cheapest source of this compound I could find.

Make a stock concentration of the compound and when needed add it to the solution.
Be sure to optimize the concentration because I had to use more than what one would predict based on the IC50s.
JAK Inhibitor 1 inhibited phosphorylation of STAT6 by IL-13.
Be sure to only use fresh solutions of this compound as the manufacturer warns it may only stable for a few months in solution.
It inhibits JAK/STAT signaling and is pretty inexpensive
Need to optimize concentration
With a little effort, this compound is a good pan-JAK inhibitor.
