Product Name:

iTaq™ Universal SYBR® Green Supermix

Catalog Number:

172-5121

Info: Supplier Page

I was using this to perform quantitative PCR on a cDNA sample or a no template control. The cDNA sample showed amplification but the no template did not. I like that it is a 2X mix and have never had any trouble with the product i.e. the positive and negative controls regularly work.

Protocol Overview

Mix 2X iTaq with primers and water to make a master mix. Load master mix into PCR plate and then add sample (I typically add 1-2ul of sample). Run PCR.
