This product can be used for very fast dissociation of hard to trypsinize cells without the need to inactivate with FBS or SBTI. The tryple reagent is also very gentle on cells, it is stable at room temperature (no need to freeze like trypsin). In our case it is great for dissociating primary human bronchial epithelial cells.
